The S.C. Department of Motor Vehicles (SCDMV) recently recognized several employees in the Camden office. SCDMV Executive Director Kevin Shwedo visited Camden to present an award for excellence examiner Monica Brown.
The library is one of my favorite places. The workers there are friendly and helpful. I grew up in a very small town. The library was one, small room. That room had books and a desk -- that's all. The librarian checked out books, with a rubber stamp. The library wasn't much to look at. But there I explored new worlds in books.
