Under the direction of Col. Ret. Webb, the Camden High School JROTC Bulldog Battalion comes to Jackson School on every Monday and Wednesday to mentor 2nd grade students. Our second grade students have the opportunity to see the cadets in uniform as leaders. The cadets also read with students and assist them with Accelerated Reader Tests. This is a great collaboration between Jackson and Camden High School. Camden Antique Fair kicks off Oct. 20

Organizers for the inaugural Camden Antiques Fair announce that 33 antique dealers are booked for the event and many hail from out of state. Neal Clark and friends to perform at FAC

Local resident Neal Clark joins forces with fellow musicians and vocalists for a night of Broadway and classic songs to benefit the Fine Arts Center of Kershaw County (FAC.) "A Gala Evening of Song" will take place Saturday at 8 p.m. in the Wood Auditorium. There will be a reception catered by Carolina Café, with a cash bar prior to the performance starting at 7 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for students, seniors and military.
