Mr. and Mrs. William R. Ogburn (Bill and Dorothy) celebrated their 70th anniversary on November 23, 2010. Sears of Lugoff donates items to the classroom

Brian Wonderling (middle), owner of Sears in Lugoff, recently donated $700 in classroom materials to four first grade teachers at Lugoff Elementary. The teachers received digital cameras, electronic pencil sharpeners, a CD player, headphones, print cartridges as well as other items to use in their classroom. "It's important for local businesses to support our teachers, especially in this economy," Wonderling said. He also said he hopes he can set an example for other local companies to follow in his foot steps.
