Kershaw County Council unanimously approved a new method for renewing multi-jurisdictional agreements for the Kershaw County Sheriff's Office (KCSO) during Tuesday's meeting. The change will allow the county to automatically renew any multi-jurisdictional agreement signed between the county and another governmental entity.
Kershaw County Council Chairman Gene Wise provided further details Thursday on potential projects council came up with during a weekend retreat Feb. 3-4. Wise spent time during Thursday's council work session outlining the goals set to be developed during the upcoming budget cycle.
