KCSD’s Wilson part of education funding reform effort

For years, Kershaw County School District (KCSD) Chief Financial Officer Donnie Wilson has said the way the state of South Carolina funds its public schools isn't working. Now, he's among a group of representatives from 16 school districts that has developed the S.C. Jobs, Education and Tax (SCJET) Act of 2013. It's an effort, Wilson said, to restructure education funding once again.

Second arrest in fatal accident
