On Thursday, Sept. 7, Danny and Ron's Rescue (DRR) received a special delivery from Houston, Texas, at the Kershaw County Airport in east Camden. A planeload of 19 rescue dogs, surrendered by their owners in the wake of Hurricane Harvey, all safely landed and were transported to Camden Veterinary Service for full check-ups, vaccinations, heartworm tests, de-worming and microchips.
