Council earns outstanding player honor for Morgan State

Former Camden High two-sport standout Robert Council was named as the most outstanding player in Morgan State University's 14-9 win over Howard in the 40th annual New York Urban League Football Classic played on Sept. 25 at MetLife Stadium at the Meadowlands in New Jersey.
