It was incorrectly reported, Nov. 9, that bicycles for Alesha Hudson's Outreach Bicycles for Needy Children ministries could be delivered to the United Unity Methodist Church. While the bikes will be distributed at the church on Dec. 15, all bike donations need to come to 1434 Baldwin Road, Lugoff. Donations can also be made to First Palmetto Savings. Call 420-4730 for more information concerning donations for the bicycle drive.
There will be a county-wide food drive at local supermarkets on Friday and Saturday, November 16-17. Canned and nonperishable food donations will re-stock local food pantries and soup kitchens, which are seeing greater numbers of people in need this year.

Camden First United Methodist Church will be celebrating its annual "Friends of the First" service on Sunday at 11 a.m. This is a special day of worship and we have asked the congregation to extend invitations to family and friends. The theme for this year's celebration is "A friend loves at all times." That love, the love of God is to be manifested in all we do, in all seasons and at all times.
