Camden author presents story to Hollywood

Author Solutions LLC, a Penguin Random House company and the world leader in supported self-publishing, hosted its Book-to-Screen PitchFest at the New York City Mariott Marquis Hotel in the heart of Times Square October 25-26. United Way to host chili cook-off

The United Way of Kershaw County will host its third annual Chili Cook-off Saturday at downtown Camden's Town Green. Music will be provided by Fair Jam from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Reflections from 12 to 3 p.m. Chili will be served from 12 to 2 p.m. Premier sponsors of the event are SAFE Federal Credit Union and Lugoff Automotive Group.
