Nellie Watts Creed, 101, died June 1, 2013. Born May 23, 1912 in Lugoff, SC, she was the youngest child of George Franklin and Annie Rabon Watts. She was predeceased by her husband of 73 years, Smyrl Alvin Creed, her brother, George Bell Timmerman Watts of Great Falls, and her sister, Anna Kate Watts of Lugoff.
