A time of gathering for Mr. Robert Franklin Meshach, 77, will be held on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Friday at 5:00 p.m. at Newbaker Funeral Home in Blairstown, N.J. The family will receive friends Friday 3:00-5:00 p.m. prior to the service at Newbaker Funeral Home. Graveside services to celebrate the life of Mary Susan White will be held Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at Kershaw City Cemetery, Kershaw, SC. A memorial service will follow next week at Tampa General Hospital Chapel, Tampa, FL. In lieu of flowers, Susan, a 20 year survivor of breast cancer, requests that donations be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, 5005 LBJ Fry., Ste 250, Dallas, Texas 75244.

Barbara Patrica Swindall, 54, of 1890 Dekalb School Road in Camden died Monday, April 22, 2013. Plans will be announced at a later date by Collins Funeral Home.

Mrs. Clara Nell Sumter, 87, of 400 Firetower Road in Camden, S.C. passed on Friday April 19, 2013. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Camden First United Methodist Church in Camden with burial at Cedar Cemetery in Camden. Haile's Funeral Home is assisting.

A. Jesse Payne
Mr. A. Jesse Payne, 82, of Kershaw passed away Saturday, April 20, 2013 at Providence Hospital in Columbia. He was born November 18, 1930 in Kershaw, a son of the late Teddy Payne and Minnie Lee Ellis Payne. Mr. Payne was a member of DeKalb Baptist Church and had retired in 1992 from DuPont. He had been a Butcher at Shealy's in Camden and Hatfields in Kershaw. He was a US Army Korean War Veteran and was a Mason and Shriner.
Clarence Sloat Rowland, Jr.
Clarence Sloat "Chick" Rowland, Jr., 93, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2013 at his home in Camden, SC. Born in Long Branch, NJ, Clarence was the oldest of seven children born to the late Clarence Sloat Rowland, Sr. and Mabel Raichle Rowland.

Services for Jack Nelson McIntosh, 83, will be held at a later date. Mr. McIntosh, husband of the late Mae McCray McIntosh, died April 16, 2013.
