Vincent "Poppa" Rawlinson was born on October 22, 1965 in Columbia, SC. He was the son of the late James Rawlinson Sr. and Gracie Jacobs Rawlinson. Vincent, of Lugoff, entered into his eternal life on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at 2:14 p.m. He was a proud member of St. James Deliverance Pentecostal Assembly Church and their usher board.
