Kershaw County Council unanimously voted Tuesday to appoint three county residents to the Capital Projects Sales Tax Commission. Members of council voted to choose Sherwood "Woody" Cleveland, Ray McElveen and Don Terrell to serve on the commission, which was created March 27.
