KCSD referenda public meeting schedule nearly finalized

A schedule of public meetings regarding school construction referenda is almost finalized. The Kershaw County Board of School Trustees continued working on the schedule during its July 14 meeting. At least one referendum, possibly two, are planned for the November 2016 general election.
