Farm Bureau (SCFB) 2011 Summer Ag in the Classroom Teacher Institute in Aiken.

Cheerleaders-in-the-making are invited to the annual Lil' Demon Cheer Clinic from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at Lugoff-Elgin High School (L-EHS). Saturday night, a number of basketball players spent a few hours on the Camden High School's (CHS) basketball court playing five-on-five games to raise money for the Kershaw County Community Medical Clinic (CMC). The highlight of the evening: a game between members of the CHS' 2009 state championship basketball team and a team made up of other CHS basketball alumni. The alumni came out on top, narrowly defeating the 2009 team 38 to 36 after two 20-minute periods.
