KershawHealth kicked off its Centennial Celebration Sunday at Temple Beth El. The Service of Thanksgiving included a tribute to Bernard Mannes Baruch and was meant as a way to "give thanks for a mission of caring that has remained steadfast for a century." Rabies vaccination clinic set for Saturday
A rabies clinic will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Salt Pond Farm & Garden, 2487 Springvale Road, in Kershaw County. The S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) is partnering with participating veterinarians across the state to help residents protect their pets and themselves against rabies, the agency announced today. KH records $1.5 million in ‘meaningful use’ income
KershawHealth is recording $1.5 million in other operating income -- actually $1.67 million with 10 percent placed in reserve -- for meeting Medicare-related "meaningful use" criteria set by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
KershawHealth announces Centennial photo contest
KershawHealth invites Kershaw County residents to submit entries for its Centennial Photo Contest that opened Tuesday. Four winners will be selected in both the Youth (under 18) and Adult (18 and over) categories. Winners will be announced and displayed during Centennial Celebration Week (April 21-27).
