Crowell was here for a meeting of the OX-5 Pioneers, a group made up primarily of men who were active in the early days of aviation. Crowell, 85, presented Mills with a plaque "in recognition of his outstanding achievements in advancing aviation and for his assistance and friendship for half a century."
