Greg Ruffner saw the excitement and the filled stands on Friday nights in the fall when he was handling the kicking chores for the Lugoff-Elgin football team. He also experienced the vast amount of unused seats in those same bleachers which he and his L-E soccer teammates played in front of during the spring.
