Bishopville native and current Camden resident Tommy Gainey came from seven strokes back in Sunday's final round of the McGladrey Classic on St. Simons Island, Ga., to shoot a final round 60 and win for the first time on the PGA Tour.
Having opened last week's Sonic Women's City Golf Championship with a first round 1-under par 71 to lead the field in the Columbia event, Elgin's Kelli Murphy left the door open with a second day round of 74.
