Paul Tucker, of Waxhaw, N.C., rolled in an 18-foot birdie putt on the first playoff hole to win the 62nd Carolinas Four-Ball Championship at the Camden Country Club over Brian Westveer of Charlotte and Scott Harvey of Greensboro, N.C.
