Steve Phillips of Lugoff weighed a five-bass limit totaling 17 pounds, 1 ounce Saturday to win the Walmart Bass Fishing League South Carolina Division event on Lake Wateree.
The Camden-based AAU Ballers franchise left the Women on the Move, Inc. Above the Rim Basketball Tournament with plenty of hardware in winning all three titles. The event was held at Rhame City Arena on April 13-15.
Athletes will, oftentimes, go to great lengths in order to change their luck during an event and/or a season.
