Hazel Beatrice Devine Cashion, widow of the late Julius Banks Cashion, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 7, 2018, she had just celebrated her 101st birthday. “Aunt Bea” as her nieces and nephews knew her was the eleventh of twelve offspring from the union of Levi Andrew and Cora Akers Devine of Waco, N. C. 

She is survived by a daughter, Ellenor Kimbrough (Dr. Jerry E.) Patterson of Chapel Hill, N. C., a son, John Wren (Marcia Olson) Cashion of Camden, S.C. She has four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

A reception is planned for February 24 at 10 a.m. followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. at New Prospect Church in Waco, N.C. Burial plans are incomplete at this time.

In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Community Medical Clinic of Camden, 110 East DeKalb St., Camden, S. C. 29020.

Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel, is in charge of the arrangements.
