KCP&RD hosts all-star football tourney

The Kershaw County Parks & Recreation Department will host the Central District Youth Football All-star Tournament for the South Carolina Athletic Program (SCAP) Association beginning on Saturday, Nov. 18 and continuing through the championship games on Tuesday, Nov. 28. All games will be played  at Lugoff-Elgin Stadium.  

The event will have two divisions; one for 9-10 year olds and the other for 11-12 year olds. 

 Admission is $5 for adults and $4 for children each day of the tournament.

Here is the schedule for both divisions:

 

9-10 year-old

Saturday, Nov. 18: 10 a.m.: Lugoff vs. Lancaster County; 11:30 a.m.: Fairfield County vs. Rock Hill; Tuesday, Nov. 21: 7 p.m.:  Lugoff vs. Lancaster County winner vs. Camden; Tuesday, Nov. 28: 6 p.m.: Fairfield County vs. Rock Hill winner vs. winner between Lugoff/Lancaster County vs. Camden

 11-12 year-old

Saturday, Nov. 18: 1 p.m.: Lancaster County vs. YMCA; 2:30 a.m.: Fairfield County vs. Kershaw County; Tuesday, Nov. 28: 7:30 p.m.: Fairfield County vs. YMCA winner vs. winner between Kershaw County vs. Fairfield County
