South Carolina Water Utilities Inc. (SCWU), the parent company of Palmetto Utilities, announces a significant contribution to benefit Wateree Community Actions Inc. (WCA), an organization established to provide financial support to lower-income families and communities in Richland and Kershaw counties. The second of three $50,000 donations promised over three years demonstrates the company’s ongoing commitment to Palmetto Utilities’ customers and its desire to be an active and engaged community partner.
