Camden Media Co. Publisher Mike Mischner announces the launch of a new website today for The Camden Horse & Equestrian magazine. The new website can be found at www.thecamdenhorseandequestrian.com.

“The website will benefit both readers and advertisers of the magazine,” Mischner said, “and it can be accessed from anywhere.”

The free website offers a full reproduction of The Camden Horse & Equestrian in the format of a “virtual magazine” with pages turning --- just like a printed magazine -- in a visitor’s browser with the click of a mouse. The website also provides contact information for readers wishing to submit story ideas or advertisers wanting to promote their businesses in the magazine and on the website.

To submit news item ideas, contact Editor Tom Didato at tdidato@chronicle-independent.com or (803) 432-6157, ext. 120. To ask about advertising opportunities, contact General Manager Betsy Greenway at bgreenway@chronicle-independent.com or (803) 432-6157, ext. 127.

In addition to The Camden Horse & Equestrian magazine and its new website, Camden Media Co. also publishes the Chronicle-Independent, West Wateree Chronicle, Fort Jackson Leader, Shaw News, Lee County Observer, The (Blythewood) Country Chronicle, Lake Wateree News, The Connection (for the Kershaw County Chamber of Commerce) and Discover Camden & Kershaw County magazine. Camden Media Co. also owns and operates Kershaw County’s local news website, www.chronicle-independent.com.
