Camden City Council approves final reading of boutique hotel ordinance

It will end up costing close to $14 million after all, but Kershaw Hospitality LLC now has the final go-ahead to convert the historic Clock Tower building in downtown Camden into a boutique hotel. Camden City Council approved second and final reading of an ordinance approving option to purchase and incentive agreements during its meeting Tuesday afternoon.
