Camden City Council digs into budget

Monday, March 28, consisted of a long afternoon for members of Camden City Council, City Manager Kevin Bronson and other city department heads as they spent five hours reviewing the city’s proposed Fiscal Year (FY) 2012 budget. They dug back into it again for most of a more than three-hour work session Thursday. The proposal seeks to balance a $37.93 million budget consisting of $8.48 million general, $379,300 capital, $502,790 paving, $27.96 million utility and $637,000 local source revenue funds.
