During Tuesday’s Camden City Council meeting, City Manager Mel Pearson unveiled the city’s latest marketing effort, Camden: Classically Carolina magazine. The magazine is a joint project between the city and Camden Media Company, parent company of the Chronicle-Independent, and will be distributed annually in strategic locations throughout the state, including welcome centers and tourist information centers. The magazine vividly shows off some of Camden’s greatest attributes and amenities, from quality of life and recreational opportunities to business climate and interesting citizens.
