The Camden Garden Club recently partnered with the city of Camden on a project to provide more colorful flowers in the downtown area. Catherine French, the club’s past president, said the city provided the 16 containers for the plants and pledged to keep them watered, while the garden club furnished the plants, dirt and effort to install the plants along Broad Street. “We started last year with the hanging baskets.
