In many ways, buying a down-at-the-heels, yet iconic old building and coaxing it back to former glory was almost a case of creative pre-destination for Bob Pullum. The Camden native is a highly accomplished and successful advertising creative director currently living in San Francisco, Calif.; he also owns a vacation home in Guernesville, a tiny and resurgent old hamlet nestled in the heart of the Sonoma County wine country along the Russian River. Pullum has enjoyed a career which has allowed him to express a prodigious creative vision across many mediums.
