Citizens speak out about electric bills again

During a meeting Tuesday that saw Camden City Council approve first reading of an ordinance that will authorize the sale of five lots on King and Bull streets for a total of just $10 to Habitat for Humanity of Kershaw County, six speakers appeared during public comment, three expressing their ongoing concern and frustration over their high electricity bills.
