During its meeting tonight, Camden City Council will consider second and final reading of an ordinance authorizing an inducement agreement with Westley and Laurie Parks for the renovation of 1025 Broad St. The building is, most recently, the former home of Roxy Hart salon, and to C&S Bank. The Parks plan to convert the ground floor into a wine bar called Broad & Vine, and create four apartments on the second and third floors.
