Two new affordable housing developments may be coming to Camden. Camden City Council heard proposals regarding two parcels, one on Mill Street between DeKalb and York streets, the other on Campbell Street adjacent to Rite Aid Pharmacy, part of the former Boylan-Haven-Mather Academy property. Tab Bullard, of Zimmerman Properties LLC, said his company is planning to build some 64 two- and three-bedroom garden apartment units, in two or three two- and three-story buildings.
