City installs rain garden in Commerce Alley

Passers-by may have wondered why a small back hoe was digging into the asphalt near the dumpsters back of Commerce Alley. As it turns out, that unsightly, broken pavement will soon be replaced with greenery. The idea, says City Forester Liz Gilland, is to create a rain garden.
