City memorializes COVID-19 victims
Luminary - Jeffrey
Camden City Councilman Jeffrey Graham places one of 103 luminaries on the steps of Camden City Hall on Tuesday afternoon as Mayor Alfred Mae Drakeford looks on. Each luminary represented one of the 103 Kershaw County residents who have died from the COVID-19 novel coronavirus during the last 12 months since the pandemic reached the county. (Martin L.
