Camden City Council moved forward with three property deals during its March 22 meeting. Council approved second and final reading to an ordinance accepting a donation of real property located at 529 DeKalb St., the former site of Hazelwood Cleaners. It also approved second and final reading of an ordinance authorizing the purchase of the adjacent building at 533 DeKalb St., for $75,000.
