Dozens of legislators filed into the large meeting room at the Blatt Building, greeted by Camden Mayor Tony Scully, members of Camden City Council and city staff Thursday morning. It was City of Camden Day at the S.C. State House, the first ever for Kershaw County’s principal municipality. The Blatt Building serves as the offices for members and staff of the S.C. House of Representatives.
