The city of Camden has taken another step in its efforts to secure funding for a major infrastructure project. Camden City Council passed two resolutions during its meeting Tuesday night; both resolutions give staff the green light to apply for loans through the S.C. State Revolving Fund (SRF). Specifically, council gave its approval for staff to apply for about $6.8 million for wastewater system upgrades and about $1.7 million for drinking water system upgrades.
