Camden City Council used its first in-person meeting in more than a year Tuesday to unanimously approve extending purchase option and inducement agreements relating to transforming the city’s Clock Tower Building at the southeast corner of Broad and Rutledge streets into a boutique hotel. The vote came after a 30-minute executive session during which council met with a group of investors to discuss the project as a contractual matter.
