Council agrees to dilapidated property purchases

Camden City Council approved three resolutions to authorize the purchase of three parcels in order to proceed with demolition of condemned homes on the properties at its meeting Tuesday. Council first entered into a brief executive session to discuss “a contractual matter related to real estate” before returning to open session then voting to approve the purchase of all three parcels.
