Camden Police Chief Joe Floyd wants the public to know the department is always seeking new ways to help the citizens of Camden. Floyd and Lt. Penny Lloyd appeared before Camden City Council Tuesday during council’s regular meeting to give council an update on some services the department offers about which many people might not be aware. “People know where we are and what we do – they see us out on patrol and doing the things they expect their officers to be doing,” Floyd told council.
