Camden resident Catharine deLoach has joined the City tourism office as Welcome Center Specialist at the Robert Mills Courthouse, 607 Broad St. According to Camden-Kershaw County Tourism Director Suzi Sale, deLoach brings a great combination of experience, knowledge and skills to the position.
