Edward “Ed” M. Royall, a long-time attorney and partner at Camden’s Savage, Royall & Sheheen law firm, passed away on Tuesday, the Fourth of July, at the age of 92. In addition to co-founding the law firm that bears his name, Royall was the first chairman of Kershaw County Council from 1969 to 1975.
