FCB team wins summer basketball championship

First Community Bank edged out Julian Burns’ Generals in two hard fought, fast paced games to win the Jackson Teen Center/ALPHA Center Summer Basketball League Championship. The best of three tournament, played Thursday night in the Camden High School gym, was an exciting end to a fun and successful summer. While one team may have come out on top, Jackson Teen Center (JTC) Director Brian Mays and ALPHA Center Executive Director Paul Napper said all who participated are champions.
