South Carolina’s top judge swore in a Camden attorney as the state’s newest administrative law court judge on June 29. S.C. Supreme Court Chief Justice Jean H. Toal swore in Harold Williams “Bill” Funderburk Jr. as an administrative law court judge in a ceremony at Camden’s historic Robert Mills Courthouse. Dozens of family members, friends and dignitaries watched as Funderburk took the oath of office.
