Htax lawsuit moved to November

A lawsuit challenging the city’s use of hospitality taxes for the construction of a proposed sports complex in Camden has been moved from Thursday to Nov. 1. Herbert Farber, who, along with the Camden Committee for Responsible Government (CCRG) filed the lawsuit, alerted the Chronicle-Independent to the new court date. Camden City Manager Kevin Bronson confirmed the change.
