Blue skies and more spring-like temperatures than recently greeted an overflow crowd Friday afternoon at the Camden Archives and Museum to witness the unveiling of life-size statues of Camden natives Bernard Baruch and Larry Doby. Estimates placed those attending at more than 200, with many standing after that number of seats filled up under a large tent near the edge of Broad Street. “I am thrilled to welcome each of you to the city of Camden for this special occasion,” Mayor Tony Scully.
