Second reading for hotel before council

Camden City Council will consider second and final reading of an ordinance that would grant certain economic incentives for a new hotel on Wall Street near the I-20/Exit 98 interchange. The $3.225 million project, which is to be a 64 room Hampton Inn, is expected to create at least ten new jobs. It is being built by Kali, Inc., a company owned by local businessman Vipul Patel.
