Short agenda on tap for city

Camden City Council will work with a short agenda for its meeting tonight. On top are proclamations to name Nov. 11-19 as National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week and Oct. 22-289 as Public Power Week. Council will then consider second and final reading of an ordinance authorizing the reduction of the right of way on Wateree Street from 90 feet to 45 feet, granting the additional frontage to properties located along the street, including a lot owned by the prospective developers of an assisted living/memory care center that will actually front Broad Street.
