Camden City Council will have a short agenda for its first meeting of 2019 tonight. Council will hear three presentations, the first from Melvin Wallace of Auxilium Community Development Corporation, which refers to itself as Axilium CDC, of Rock Hill. The agenda did not indicate exactly what Axilium CDC representatives will discuss.
